Entry of WVSU pupil to natl poster tilt

ILOILO CITY – A colorful poster entry depicting food security in the country by David Cres Monsalud, a 12-year Grade VI pupil of the West Visayas State University Laboratory School bagged this year’s regional on-the-spot poster making contest as entry to the national competition in Metro Manila.

The entry bested 45 other entries coming from different parts of Western Visayas that participated in the regional contest held at Robinsons Place Iloilo last October 2 conducted by the Department of Agriculture regional office.

The regional winner will be sent to the national on-the-spot poster making contest during the World Food Day main event on October 16 in Manila with an all-expense educational tour sponsored by the National Agricultural and Fishery Council (NAFC). Read more
